ELMO cakePOPs
For her 2 year old birthday K's grandma wanted to take something extra special. K loves Elmo so the idea of Elmo cakePOPs was perfect. She chose chocolate cake and I decorated them to look like everyone's favorite red Sesame Street character. I was told they were quite the hit!

A Bit of Chocolate...
My husband needed cupcakes for a work function and gave me the go ahead to create whatever I wanted. I LOVE chocolate and therefore this was the perfect combo: chocolate cupcakes w chocolate fudge icing. The icing was actually very whippy and light but packed a chocolate punch. Did I mention I taste test all my creations :)
